OPTIMAL DESIGN OF THE COMPRESSOR BLADE FORM

Abstract

A concept of using optimization technologies for the automatic design of the compressor blade form is considered. Parameterization methods, designed models and optimization criteria are discussed as applied to the problems of frequency adjustment of the blade, mass and stress minimization, mismatching of the blade form in operating position and it's assigned aerodynamical form. The examples of the blade form optimization are presented.
