Editorial Office, authors and reviewers of the Journal “Problems of Strenght and Plasticity” follow a generally accepted in the international scientific community code of ethics based on standards developed by the International Committee on Publication Ethics COPE.

A double-blind peer review is mandatory for all scientific manuscripts submitted to the editorial stuff in accordance with “Rules for submitting, reviewing and publishing articles” of the Journal “Problems of Strenght and Plasticity" (http://ppp.mech.unn.ru/index.php/ppp/about/submissions).

All articles are published free of charge. Authors and reviewers of the journal neither have to pay any fee, nor to obtain any remuneration from the publisher.

Anyone who believes that research published by Journal “Problems of Strenght and Plasticity” has not been carried out in line with these Principles of Publishing Ethics, should raise their concern with the Editorial Team: ppp@mech.unn.ru
